An exact beard shave is only fun with the professional shaver, the Philips OneBlade. Using funny social media videos combined with a competition for the target group, men between 18 and 60, the advantages of the Philips OneBlade shaver were to be highlighted and the audience encouraged to interact.
In cooperation with HC Davos, HC Biel and Kontx Kommunikation, VIVEN implemented this 30 second spot as Branded Entertainment for Philips Switzerland. One player from each of the two ice hockey clubs invites the audience to take part in the competition, where they could win a OneBlade razor. Since men in general as target group was too large and diverse, we addressed with this campaign specifically male hockey fans during the playoff phase. There were different versions of the clip depending on if they won, lost or kept going ahead in the ice hockey playoff.
VIVEN and Kontx developed the content concept for the spot together. We were responsible for the entire production, camera, direction, editing and grading. Philips published these spots on the Philips Switzerland Blog, Social Media, Youtube and Blick.ch.
