Together with Siemens, our team of filmmakers and creatives produced a new employer branding campaign featuring 121 videos and 98 photos. The series is designed to showcase the company culture and give a glimpse into life at Siemens.
The employees are the protagonists of the campaign. The characters featured in the videos speak in Swiss German, reflecting their natural style and allowing for the occasional blooper or informal expression. We wanted to humanize the brand and showcase Siemens’ values in a relatable and engaging way.
The campaign focuses on five key themes: Siemens as an employer, diversity, work-life balance, sustainability, and the company’s purpose in society.
We utilized a modular format, allowing the segments to be combined in various ways to create a complete story. We also optimized the content and the format for multiple platforms, creating a multichannel campaign.
