In this employer branding video for social media, we highlight the programming processes, as an invitation to young engineering students. Our purpose is to connect them with the technological universe so they can be part of the UBS Technological Internship Program.
To connect with this digital world, an engineer creates computer codes. As he types, we hear a voice explaining the impact on society of each formula developed. From the technology department, UBS brings new systems to life. Through the development of software and programming languages such as Java and Python, they innovate and offer technological solutions.
In this way, we wanted to emphasize the invitation to new talents. We highlighted the importance of the technology department, as a charming and not at all boring world. In addition, from the point of view of the engineer himself, we clarified the great opportunities that the bank offers worldwide. In this production, we also see how their platforms allow them to work as a team from different offices around the world. Therefore, a teleconference between members of the department allows us to show how they work harmoniously and communicate with immediacy.
For this globalization process and with the recruitment of new talents from all over Europe, female participation is also important. In order for women to feel identified and want to be part of this digital world, we see them planning projects. We also show them organizing navigation structures, to highlight their participation in the organizational culture. Women are very important because of their analytical, planning, and organizational skills to develop software for commercial applications.
Therefore, we invite trainees to be part of this work environment, with modernity and growth. We show them the universe of possibilities they have when they immerse in codes, formulas, and programming. And even more, if they think that financial institutions are technologically boring, we invite them to think again.
