We immersed ourselves in the world of gastronomy - a place where the day starts at 5:00 a.m. to ensure that everything is ready by lunchtime.
In a marathon two-day production, VIVEN transformed the staff restaurant, the kitchen and the IT department into impressive film sets.
The story takes viewers on an exciting and emotional journey into the restaurant’s everyday life. We did so using strong images and emotional music in post-production, avoiding the use of any words, and created a self-speaking video of around two minutes for their website.
This project is a prime example of how the hospitality industry is seizing the opportunities of digitalisation and holding its own in an ever-changing market.SV Group can use the video to involve all stakeholders and locations in the digital transformation and to make its 6,900 employees aware of the interaction between IT and the various operations.Also, by filming the entire process in the kitchen and canteen, we created a stock of high-quality food footage that SV Group can use for future projects.
