This employer branding video showcases the diversity of skills and the versatile workforce behind Siemens Mobility's broad range of transport and mobility solutions.

The core business areas of Siemens Mobility are rail transport, rail automation and electrification solutions, intelligent road traffic technology and corresponding services. This enormously broad catalogue of products and services had to be outlined and brought closer to potential customers. 

For this purpose, we broke down the employees’ different fields of activity into one word each. This allowed us to draw a detailed picture of the company. On one hand the broad spectrum of skills Siemens Mobility embodies. On the other hand the company’s versatile workforce, consisting of experts from various areas.

This employer branding video for Siemens Mobility offers viewers the desired insights into the multifaceted range of services offered by a key player in the transport and mobility industry. The fast cut footage, combined with short concise statements and matching B-roll shots, underlines the company’s innovative capabilities.

The videos listed below are the second part of our broad social media campaign for Siemens Mobility. However, the focus of these employee videos is on the company itself, whereas the first part presented the diverse range of services offered by Siemens Mobility.

Employees from different areas were asked to explain why they decided to work for Siemens Mobility and what the advantages are of working for an internationally established company that plays such an important role as driver of innovations especially in the Swiss transportation system.

In these employee videos you can see the real work force of Siemens Mobility. Their positions in the company range from developers to salespeople and apprentices all the way to the CEO. 

They all describe how they benefit from Siemens Mobility as an employee and what they personally interpret as the most valuable characteristics of their working environment. These statements from individuals occupying different position within the company, offer an authentic insight into the corporate culture of Siemens.
